These terms govern your use of Iraqi Arabic Easy ("the app"), developed by an independent developer. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The App

Iraqi Arabic Easy provides lessons, games, and audio recordings to help you learn spoken Iraqi Arabic. Unit 1 is free. Access to the rest of the app requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store (or Google Play) account and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase.
You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — the app itself cannot cancel a subscription for you.
No refunds are issued by the developer directly; refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
Prices and offerings may change; we'll never change what you're currently subscribed to without your consent.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — learning Iraqi Arabic. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of the app's content, including audio recordings, lesson text, or images.

Content & Accuracy

Lesson content, including dialect, pronunciation, and translations, is provided on a best-effort basis by the developer. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, the app is provided for educational and conversational purposes and should not be relied on for legal, medical, or professional interpretation.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms change, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
