Open the app → Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID / Google account you originally subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store (or Google Play) — the app itself can't cancel it for you. On iPhone: Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play app → Payments & subscriptions.
Is my progress saved if I switch phones?
Progress is currently stored on your device. If you're switching phones, let us know via email and we'll help however we can.
I found a mistake in a lesson, or have an idea for a new one.
