This Privacy Policy describes how Spanish Easy ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.
Spanish Easy does not collect any personally identifiable information. The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

Spanish Easy offers auto-renewing subscriptions at $7.99/month or $59.99/year. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or credit card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the price shown above unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
The App uses Apple In-App Purchase for subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment and account data: apple.com/legal/privacy.
We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
The App plays pre-recorded audio files stored within the app. We do not access your microphone and do not record any audio from your device.
Spanish Easy includes a Kids Mode designed for younger learners. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. No personal data is collected from any user regardless of age.
Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We have no access to your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
