This Privacy Policy describes how Chaldean Easy ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our iOS application.

1. Information We Collect

Chaldean Easy does not collect any personally identifiable information. The App stores the following data locally on your device only:

Your lesson progress and completed lessons
App settings (Kids Mode, difficulty level, etc.)
Subscription status (managed entirely by Apple)

This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

Chaldean Easy offers auto-renewing subscriptions at $14.99/month or $99.99/year, each with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment or credit card information.

Your payment method will not be charged until the free trial ends. Subscriptions automatically renew at the price shown above unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current trial or billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple In-App Purchase for subscription management. Apple's privacy policy applies to all payment and account data: apple.com/legal/privacy.

We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

4. Audio

The App plays pre-recorded audio files stored within the app. We do not access your microphone and do not record any audio from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

Chaldean Easy includes a Kids Mode designed for younger learners. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. No personal data is collected from any user regardless of age.

6. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, your data is protected by your device's own security features (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). We have no access to your data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
